Program Coordinator
Ralph Ibarra is an instructor for the Department of Orthotics and Prosthetics at Loma Linda University. Ralph serves as the program coordinator and financial manager while also teaching business in the MSOP program. He completed his baccalaureate studies at California State University, San Bernardino in Finance, and his MBA in Healthcare Administration from Western Governors University.
