Loma Linda University’s Humanities Program presents Address Unknown, a play written by Katherine Kressmann Taylor, edited by Frank Dunlop, co-produced by Anatomy Professor, Dr. Kenneth R. Wright, co-produced and directed by Brady Greer Huffman and featuring Chris Coon and Huffman. Huffman and Wright (with the addition of Iancu, in 2017) have led two thought-provoking theatrical productions for the Humanities Program since 2013.
Address Unknown follows the story of two friends torn apart when the Nazi regime infiltrates their friendship and families to devastating effect. Based on the bestselling book, which was written as an anti-fascist call to arms and banned in 1930s Germany for dramatically exposing the threat of Nazism. The play is a timely warning of how humanity can fail in the face of extreme ideology. Performances are presented under special agreement with Dramatists Play Service, INC.
This LLU Humanities Program sponsored production will be staged Saturday, October 4 and 11, at 7:30p.m., and Sunday, October 5 and 12, at 2 p.m. in Damazo Amphitheater at Centennial Complex. A talkback is scheduled to follow the October 11 performance. For more information, contact [email protected] or call 909-558-7478.
