Dr. Debra Hamada serves as an Associate Professor and Chair of the Loma Linda University Health Informatics, Information Management, and Administration (HIIMA) Department and the Division of Preprofessional Studies (DPS). She teaches in the Bachelor of Science in Health Information and Informatics, Master of Science in Health Informatics, Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration (BSHA), and Health Science programs.

Pauline Calla Cabanada has been a full-time faculty at Loma Linda University for over a decade. She received her Bachelor of Science in Health Information Administration from LLU-School of Allied Health Professions in 2005 and her Master in Business Administration from LLU School of Public Health in 2009. Pauline is an Assistant Professor and the Program Director for the Bachelor of Science program in the Department of Health Informatics and Information Management.

Terri Rouse is an Assistant Professor and has been a faculty member in the Department of Health Informatics and Information Management since the summer of 2000.  While earning two undergraduate degrees, she had the opportunity of working in a Health Information department.  Her introduction to this “obscure” profession led to the pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Health Information Administration from Loma Linda University.

Dr. Ryan Stephan is an assistant professor in the School of Allied Health Professions at Loma Linda University. Dr. Stephan serves as the program director for the Bachelor of Science in Health Science program, as well as teaches courses in several programs within the school centered on the topics of leadership, financial management, and technology in healthcare.

Braden Tabisula is an Assistant Professor at Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, California, and is currently Program Coordinator of the Health Informatics, MS program. He completed his baccalaureate studies at Loma Linda University in Health Information Management, and his MBA from the University of Redlands in Redlands, California. Currently, Tabisula is enrolled as a PhD student at Claremont Graduate University in the Computer Information Systems and Technology program.

Dr. Lavin Williams is a faculty member and Program Director for the Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration Program; positions she has held since the program's inception in 2010. She serves as Associate Professor and teaches courses across the curriculum focused on leadership, emotional intelligence, coaching, communication, sustainability, organizational behavior, and experiential learning through practicum and internship opportunities. Her professional background spans more than 25 years in healthcare administration, health education, leadership development, and executive and health and wellness coaching.

Laura Evans is a faculty member in the Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration program where she teaches and advises students. She is also the Program Director for the Master’s in Healthcare Administration at the School of Public Health. Prior to academia, she worked as an attorney in intellectual property litigation.

Rosa McNally is the Administrative Assistant to the Health Informatics, Information Management, and Administration Department.  She received her Bachelor of Business Administration from National University, San Diego, CA. Her main responsibility is administrative support to Department Chair, Program Directors, Faculty, and Students.
